Early Christmas!
We went for our evening walk and lo and behold we came upon a house with a large Christmas tree in all its glory standing proud in the window, made me shudder it did
When do you put up your tree?
I usually do mine around 2 weeks before, last year my mum had just passed away so it was a bad time for me and just to make matters worse my gas fire had nearly poisoned me with carbon monoxide!
Thing can only get better

We put our indoor one up a couple of weeks before Christmas.But our outside one (an old fake fir tree that was given to us) goes out on the deck at the beginning of December. We only put lights on it.
(Hubby screws it into the deck so the wind doesn't carry it away. It's happened!)
It gets covered in snow, and is lovely to look at in the evening.
It's placed quite near some of the bird feeders, so during the day we get to see a number of little birdies sitting in it.
The outside one is bigger than the inside one! Works for me!

There is a family down the road from us put theirs up first week of October, they first did it the year their 12 year old daughter was told her cancer was so advanced she would not make Christmas, and they wanted to celebrate one last time with her, from then on they have had their Christmas in October as a memory of her.Another family have theirs in November as that tends to be when their son gets his leave and comes home from Iraq, 5 years they have been doing that.
When I see people with decorations up early I always think of those families.
