Terrible news Mups. Can only reiterate what others are saying, at least you are safe and well, but how awful for the victim's family.

Hope he gets the sentence he deserves

Err, no Sue. He has been named on local news, and appeared in court today charged with murder. If he was seen stabbing someone, who later died in hospital, I'd say that makes him a murderer.

I am very keen on innocent until proved guilty but sometimes people are caught in the act and there is no doubt at all they are guilty. I think in this case I trust Mups to know what has actually happened.

Any chance of a link to that statement that the paper said he was seen stabbing someone.

Gosh I don't see anyone suggesting that and even if he is found guilty in a court of law he will likely get a slightly less draconian sentence.
