When he did the damage here that night, the CID cops told me they wanted to keep him in custody as they wanted him on many other things as well. He is a thoroughly bad lot, and well known to many local people.

I also pointed out that in a civilised country like we are supposed to live in I will not judge anyone even the lowest scum guilty till 12 of my peers in a court of law say so.
