Morning all. No sleep with this cold and cough, feel like c**p, headache awful, so will be mostly bedridden today. Got up about 8 to cancel today's appointments (nurse and dentist).

Also wheezing somewhat, or sounds a bit like a death rattle! Obviously cos it's gone straight to my chest. No cough mixture here but I do have the cold and chesty cough all in one tablets and sachets that contain the Guaifenesin.

Having a sneezing fit now, halfway through my weetabix.

Afternoon everyone, well just about..
What a dull and damp day after such a lovely one yesterday.

I went into Town and bought my Halloween outfit for Saturday nights party..goin as a Witch this time..lol.. shud be fun..
