Have to own up. Sue and I destroyed a very old cheap writing desk in our hallway we brought with us in the move 5 years ago, and these were in one of the draws. we must have put them there one at a time over the years.
We used to purchase a box of pens or pencils for office use when we had the kennels, and just put these to one side.

It's always handy to have a good collection of pencils to draw on ..or with.

See you are/were a goldsmith. A friend of mine was also a licence bullion dealer. He used to make gold rings at home to order. Greg passed away a good few years ago and now lost touch with his wife Wendy. Got to know them through having Afghan hounds

The soothsayer says (wearing her large jeweled turban) that you are practical, but you have limits of tolerance. Even so, it's sometimes difficult to let things go. As much as you would like to be perfect, you've been known to make mistakes.
