Dog is obsessed with chewing the edge of the rug, so we were advised to put hand sanitiser gel on it because dogs hate the smell. Not him, he just licks it off then gets back to chewing.

The element in our oven has gone kapput too surfermom!
I have been using the top oven which is actually quite decent...
But I can't find an electrician who does domestic jobs for love or money!
I just get:
"Sorry love, I only do contract work now"
There must be an electrician somewhere sweeping up all the domestic jobs...
But he/she is remaining elusive

Hang in there because once both lenses have been replaced you will be amazed how clear your vision is. I had mine done this year and now my vision with new spectacles for astigmatism is so good I'm allowed to drive again

He's about as electrically minded as a flat cap!

A bit like his mother!

Have a look through the classified ads for domestic appliance repairs or even look on Checkatrade's website for your area. The average sparky tradesman probably wont be interested in cooker repairs due to problems finding the spare parts.

Tbh, they are not that difficult to replace but I suppose these days you have to be qualified just to open the fridge door.

I’m stewing about getting my new drivers license. It’s not the test I’m fretting about, it’s the blasted photo that always makes me look like I am on my way to federal prison.

My favorite leggings and reading glasses have gone missing - again. All of them.

Do you put your dogs in the oven to dry then SM ? Or do you
braise them gently to wash them??

Regards Donkeyman!
