Clinic this morning, but only a quick visit.

Hoping to finish the decorating in the kitchen.

You are obviously feeling better, Swimmy, if you are up to decorating again - that is good news.

I am going with a friend to her hospital appointment this morning - then lunch somewhere - then shopping.

Its looking wet and a bit miserable weatherwise in my part of Yorkshire....still dark though so maybe it will brighten up.

Off for my nails done later.....and out for coffee...it's all go this retirement malarkey

Good morning everybody.

I'm going through a bit of a spell of insomnia again - been awake since 5.30!!

I've had a cuppa - read my book for a bit - scoured the internet for a dementia clock for Tony so he can tell what day it is as well as the time.
Now browsing my favourite sites & catching up on scrabble.

Later this morning I'm at my Smart hearts class - it's keep fit for the over 50's - (more like over 60's at least)

This afternoon I want to visit a recently widowed friendly acquaintance. I promised to go on a coach trip with her in December but guess who's had to book it?
She owes me the money ... I shall stop and have a cuppa & a chat with her before returning home to go a short walk with Tony. He can't walk far now without getting breathless so it won't take much effort on my part.

I hope all our members have had a better nights sleep than me!! Funnily it doesn't bother me anymore.

Off into town shortly, browsing the shops for Christmas ideas, morning coffee stop then Mr Mags has an Optician appointment at midday.

Sun is just coming out.

Nothing planned for today apart from making two Shepherd Pie's one for today and the other in the freezer.

Sweep up all the leaves in the garden.

Our new Table and Chairs are coming this afternoon.

Good morning everyone thick fog here but it is clearing.

I need to pop to Halfords and get my brake light replaced this morning .
I managed to get Chloe tied up yesterday so that is a good job done.
There is paperwork to sort later.
