Most definitely yes, round them all up cowboy, especially the practice that still continues in article pricing, in my opinion it’s an insult to a shoppers intelligence to price an item at €19.99 instead of rounding it off to €20.
This has been going on for as far back as I can remember, even pre decimal when you had stuff priced at 19 shillings and 11 pence ha’penny, imagine that, you get a ha’penny change from a pound note but your mind thinks it’s saved a whole shilling!

Anyway who would bother to stand there embarrassingly waiting for the penny or cent change, certainly not me, still I suppose there are some who’ve gone beyond embarrassment, even for a cent.
