Police are going to be overstretched dealing with incident such as this.
Seeing as the police can’t be bothered to show up for burglaries I doubt it .

Although I don't for one minute hold with what the woman's actions were as described in the OP, none of us really know what another person might have gone through, or be in the process of going through some crisis in their life. I just happened to see this video (on the usual social networking site we all know of) so thought I would post it, just as a reminder to us all really:
