So what evidence can you see that the UK is currently better as a result of the vote?
Why should the vote itself improve anything per se?

It's a sneaky question because you are deliberately conflating the act of voting with the consequences of the outcome.

As we haven't left the EU yet what possible knowledge are you expecting to gain from your ultimately pointless question?

I think you need to explain why the act of voting in itself would fundamentally improve anything to the point of warranting it's own thread.

Not pointless at all as we had lots of press commentary since the vote saying things like "post-brexit economy booming" etc. meaning the brexit vote rather than brexit-brexit (whatever "brexit" may be...answers and personal projections on a postcard please).

We could be stuck in this brexit limbo for years much like that traffic jam in that Dr Who episode "Gridlock" where they start singing "the Old Ragged Cross" at the end.

Everything is coming up roses, we can all see that can't we?
Except for the village idiots who want to turn the clock back at least 100 years when the Hoi Polloi knew their place.

What in your opinion has the Brexit vote improved?

Nothing - because it hasn't happened!

I am beginning to wonder if it ever will.
