It's a sneaky question because you are deliberately conflating the act of voting with the consequences of the outcome.
As we haven't left the EU yet what possible knowledge are you expecting to gain from your ultimately pointless question?
I think you need to explain why the act of voting in itself would fundamentally improve anything to the point of warranting it's own thread.
