The question of 'guests' comes up regularly, most of the 'guests' are bots carrying out indexing tasks for search engines like this one...

I have seen a lot of vulgarity on here,..imo,...one liners,..none of my business.

What is vulgar ,intimate to me,may not be to another .

No offence meant,I just like to see it from another perspective .

Yes.

I do post a bit now and again, and of course photos in profile etc...but telling all about family, relationships, intimacy, health and so on, anywhere on the internet not just on here, you may as well be standing naked on a motorway shouting your secrets to the world!!
But it has to be said some people just love it!

Baz's comment and my question about whether this is a private protected forum is relevant...I hope someone can answer it, and explain how that works.

The sections you log in for are private but the other stuff is available on search engines. It's more secure than it used to be now it's https.

Annie, if you Google something from here, someone's name for example, or a thread title, and a link comes up, doesn't that indicate that it's public?

Or, do I only see the google link because I'm always logged in?
