So sad we have an institution in the BBC run by power-mad cretins.It's high time we abolished it completely and sent its dictators off to the Middle East.
Top Gear was an institution in its own right. It was not a car programme format to be inhabited by 3 presenters, it was a programme about Clarkson, Hammond and May, with a car theme running through.
Thus Top Gear died when those 3 left.
That which came in its stead, grossly misusing the Top Gear title as it did, was an abomination and remains so.

Clarkson is a legend. I know he's an old school dinosaur but he's different from the norm and says what he thinks without kow-towing to the PC brigade.He'll move on to something else, and it wouldn't surprise me at all if the BBC even resurrect Top Gear with him and the other two someday.
