I was waking my dog the other day came across a lady walking to dogs. They were both the same breed, but I could not understand which.
So I asked her, They were British bull dog's crossed with a Jack Russell. They were all white, looked like a staffy head, long bodied, short legs.

That's interesting Loretta a member on Dogsey has Glen of Imaal Terriers, lovely little dogs. I saw one years ago also Otterhounds.

I'll have one Stabyhoun and one Otterhound please Clumsy, but the Otterhound may have to stay outside when wet ('cos they can smell awful)!!!!!!

Aeroler, I saw a picture today of your dog asleep on the chair and that is how Phoebe sleeps in a chair, it makes you feel like hovering incase they will actually fall off, but they never do.

I like the Norwegian Lundehund. I've seen a Staffi Jack Russell cross.

Must admit I have never seen any of these dogs exept the norwegian lundehund. The lundehund is not an everyday sight in my country either, but my little rottie got to know one when she was a little pup & they are still friends after more than 10 years. The lundehund - called Luna is 13 years old and my girl is 11.

I can't imagine that Ridgebacks are a rare breed... although I could be wrong.. but Iv'e seen alot over here, I know someone with three..
