You are forgetting that any allegations of voter fraud must be backed up with witnesses who can demonstrate precisely where, when and how votes were tampered with.
Trumps lawyers have not been able to produce any such witnesses. Without witnesses, cases of allegations of voter fraud are dismissed by the judge. The last time I checked, there were aprox 36 separate suits brought before various states courts. Every one of them have been thrown out for lack of evidence.

Whether Trump is talking Criminal or Civil action I don't know but he undoubtedly can call on all the legal experts on OFF to help him with his case.
