Re: Arry and Meg again!!!

Who else would use phrases such as :-

"I knew, as I clutched my firstborn child, that I was losing my second,"
and
"I watched my husband's heart break as he tried to hold the shattered pieces of mine".
and
"I dropped to the floor with him in my arms, humming a lullaby to keep us both calm, the cheerful tune a stark contrast to my sense that something was not right,"
and
"Hours later, I lay in a hospital bed, holding my husband's hand. I felt the clamminess of his palm and kissed his knuckles, wet from both our tears."
and
"Staring at the cold white walls, my eyes glazed over. I tried to imagine how we'd heal."
Hardly normal conversation - unless one is speaking to the Press!

Or reading from a script - or both.

She sees herself as an actress.
I think she'd be better as a scriptwriter for a 'tearjerker'.

She's announcing it for all the wrong reasons.
Just a short announcement would have sufficed not her getting on her rostrum again about life and making out miscarriage conversations are 'taboo' and 'ridiculed with (unwarranted) shame'.

It's about Markle telling the world something very private and going into unnecessary details, which BTW reads more like a Hollywood movie. This should be a personal matter shared with family and any close friends. The world does not need to be told 'the story' in detail.

They went to great extremes to protect their privacy and demand privacy for themselves and their first born and yet here they are again in our faces doing the opposite.

I agree with you, Pesta.
As I said earlier, of course it is sad, but why tell the world?
I think it is private, and nobody else's business but theirs, surely.
Why announce it to the newspapers?

Re: Arry and Meg again!!!

Thousands of women suffer a miscarriage every year and it must be heartbreaking but they don't make a song and dance about it.

Re: Arry and Meg again!!!

I found the wording too theatrical, as someone else has said, its a private matter surely.

Zara Tindall suffered the loss of her baby, guess she is more popular than Meghan, as there was a lot more sympathy.
