Sophy Ridge is the only news interviewer l can really watch. I think she’s great.

Ive been switching Marr off for some time now, l think he's in
competition with Andrew Neil but Neil does'nt know it??

I don't like the way in which Marr interviews. It's more like bullying, but he chooses who is to be bullied more.

BBC has the reputation of being pro left, well he was the at one point the political editor for the BBC. Red hot Andy !
Regarding his political affiliations, he was formerly a Maoist and a member of the Socialist Campaign for a Labour Victory, an offshoot of the International-Communist League, now known as the Alliance for Workers' Liberty. At Cambridge, Marr says he was a "raving leftie" who handed out copies of Mao's Little Red Book and he acquired the nickname Red Andy.

I still think he's a raving leftie .

I didn't know that PD but thanks for posting. Seems the BBC has quite a few of these raging lefties now and its hardly surprising people are switching off from the "state broadcaster" in droves.

Oddly enough, I read a really interesting article on East Enders and Cultural Marxism a few years ago. I Haven't seen East Enders for about 10 years so maybe its not like that now (I doubt it).
