Looks good,at what age would you say ,that you knew you had this gift?

Your animal paintings look amazing, I wouldn’t have that patience, but then if I had the gift, patience would then follow.

I have drawn horses since i was a little girl i won an art competition when I was 10 but then never really got down to learning anything .
I really am no better now than when I was a teenager .

To me, from what I see of your paintings, especially animal paintings, I don’t think you could get any better, you are an artist in every sense of the word, I think you lack confidence, Muddy, you are extremely gifted in that area, I actually thought you made a living out of it, if I could paint like you, they would be on display in an art gallery, I saw one of your horse paintings, never seen anything like it and I’ve seen many.

It's really good. Irrespective of whether you may or may not (in your opinion) improve is of little relevance when you are that good.

What is most important is that you enjoy doing it, no matter what you or anyone else thinks of the end result.
