Hi

I do not agree with everything in the link.

The EU have done a deal with the USA on the financial trading.

For a time the EU Trading will go to New York, not London.

If that is true (and it isn't) you will of course be able to verify that it is by posting a link.
So link please?

Stop making things up. Financial access is nothing to do with trade deals.

An excellent article Bread. Pity these points haven't been more forthcoming from our own pro-EU media during the last four and half years.

I'm pretty sure many others feel as I do, totally fed up of always hearing from our biased media, on how badly the UK will be effected in the event of a no-deal, with barely a mention apart from fishing, which is obvious, to just how badly the EU will fare worse.

But there we are, par for the course.

I see that Gove - feeling obviously buoyed following his decisive victory regarding Ireland - is once again speaking some sense in suggesting that we and the EU could agree "mini deals" to ease any chaos in a WTO Brexit eventuality.
Gove has listed twelve areas where the two sides agree and says he is optimistic that any difficulties could be resolved fairly quickly.

That makes sense because, as we know, the EU export far more to us than we to them meaning (in effect) it would in fact benefit the EU most, so could be sold by them as a small "win" (if we ignore tariffs, paperwork etc.).

Gove is clear about one thing though:
"It certainly wont be the case that we will be going back in to seek to secure an FTA – if it is the case that we can't secure agreement by December 31st – that's it."

It comes of no surprise to me that our so-called mainstream media hasn't been highlighting these options.

On aviation: most transatlantic flights cross through UK airspace. The UK could make it difficult for EU airlines to access this.

With immediate effect from 31st December.
