You make a start then Bruce, and we'll follow by your example...

What other person do you think has made a bigger impact in the past year?
What other name is at the forefront of current affairs and is more worthy?
Her award is well deserved, in my opinion.

I'm sure there are hundreds of people who have made a big impact this year but they remain unknown because they don't go bleating about it on TV.

Wanna make a start?

Don't leave your telly or anything else for that matter on standby.

EVERY little helps, no matter HOW small.

Parliament's annual energy bill is £5.1M.

The royals expended 3,344 tonnes of carbon dioxide equivalents as they embarked on chartered flights on five overseas tours.

When they start, I might consider turning my lights off.

Mine is not a strawman argument. It is real life and was subject to stringent financial penalties if we did not meet the performance figures we were contracted to achieve. We always did.

Is there anyone else here who can claim proven energy saving engineering solutions?
