I probably won't use it Julie, if I feel bad I walk down to the surgery (about a mile away) and always feel much better after the fresh air and a walk....So I just walk home again.....
Wondered if anyone has used the new NHS livi service ? GP consultations by phone.
We've had a letter from our local service asking if we want to join up.
So just wondering if anyone already does it ? is it any good etc ?
Ive not heard of this Julie, maybe its not reached us down here in Norfolkshire yet, mind you its a trial trying to get an appointment with your registered doctor so anything that could alleviate the situation and works well would be welcome ..(if it works well ofc)

Our surgery does it - tried it once but found the GP wouldn't listen to what I was saying - she kept talking across me so neither of us benefited from the experience. Would not do it again.

Thanks ST I did wonder if they would be as easy to deal with, seems not if your experience is common.
