Things are getting even better for the Federal coalition with Julia Banks moving to the cross bench. Now they are two seat short of a majority in the lower house.



It is not that long ago that she was a poster girl for the Liberal Party having won her seat from the Labor Party.

She says the 'reactionary, aggressive right wing' of the party has moved it away from the 'sensible, centrist values' that she holds dear.
