She is now criticising the Police for clamping down on the Moped Gangs.

I'm in two minds about the idea myself, when my bag was snatched if they had chased the yobs and hurt them I wouldn't have been very impressed. No bag or money or phone is worth someones life.

But on the other hand what else can they do ?

What bothers me is when they knock the offenders off their bikes, that bike is spinning out of control down the road and could go anywhere and hit anybody walking by.
This idea could work, out in the wilds of woolly Wiltshire but not in London.

Good point but I am assured it's not just any police officer its the ones who do the high speed driving so they safety check constantly. But I am as I said in two minds it seems like they are risking lives for property.
