Re: Stitched up again

If the Queen did say something it would be the downfall of the monarchy....but we really do need a figurehead we don't have a single person we can rally around...lost up the creek and no paddle!

Many people would say that this has been the plan all along -

To make the Brexit process so difficult, so shambolic, and so prolonged that people would decide to Remain or settle for the softest of soft BRexits, just to get things over with

Re: Stitched up again

What annoys me most about May is that she keeps banging on about how she has done her best to get this deal and deliver Brexit as the people voted for. We didn't. We didn't vote for a deal, we voted to leave and she could have done that. Talk about blame everyone else.

Zulu! I fear there is worse to come, if suggestions being
propogated on media now come to pass. The next wave of
naysayers is allready lining up to spout more prophesies
and hints, (nudge nudge, wink wink),
There is really only one way to sort it, we only have to get
organised.! PROTEST NOW! somehow, anyhow!
I am enraged!
I cant stand the smug looks appearing on establishment
faces, that say we've fcked you again!
I want REVENGE!

Re: Stitched up again

We need a new negotiating team, Oliver Robbins should have been removed long ago and hopefully Barnier too now.
As we have an enforced stay better to start again and address the backstop properly.
If we had left without an agreement there would have been no hard border between the north and south of Ireland so it is illogical to state with an agreement there must be one.

May has done her best but was ill advised. Labour should be seen for what it is a disrupter with advisors like Seamus Milne who will use Brexit as an opportunity to create chaos, bring down the government and install a left wing marxist government.

I can see the conservatives walking out of the commons today in disgust.

She's not going to change her deal and they're not going to vote for it.
The World must be astounded at what's going on.

Hi

That is the problem in a nutshell.

She is delaying things again, Parliament goes on a long Easter Break tomorrow instead of working through it.

She is as devious as they come and has absolutely no regard for ordinary people.

Re: Stitched up again

Another delay was inevitable.

Another referendum, or a General Election, almost the same (whatever the outcome).

The Tories - and all Brexiteers - want neither, especially the referendum.

Why? Because an informed electorate would / will vote differently next time around.
