Good morning - Asda shopping this morning. This afternoon, someone is coming to the house to demonstrate a lightweight folding battery-powered wheelchair.

Also, I'm expecting a new Samsung 10.5" tablet to arrive. An exciting day in mart towers.

Good morning everyone a dull start to a sunny day.

I got lots done in the garden yesterday giving the bean trench a second digging to incorporate the rotting compost and I planted the first batch of runner beans in pots in the spare bedroom.

Today I am focusing on spring cleaning the kitchen. Yesterday I unscrewed the trims on the kitchen units, they make reaching the top of the cupboards to clean them difficult so I have sawn them up to take to the tip. The kitchen is old and needs replacing really but I can't afford to do that so will settle for stripped back and spotless.

It's overcast here at the moment, but still warm.

I'm off out to lunch today with an old friend, so looking forward to that.
