Oh Spitty, you are such a card, we have of course, but we live in the hope that someday they will get something right, the old slinging mud at the wall and sticking thing, you know.

Lovely dark and mysterious shots Pug, seems a perfect place for composing music and writing thrillers.

“Much Deeping” in Hampshire is mentioned in Agatha Christie’s book “The Pale Horse” is there such a place? I’m watching it on Miss Marple at the moment, not one of her best works in my humble opinion.
We have some strange place names here, and you have some unusual place names over there too, for example.

Bell End, Worcestershire
Brown Willy, Cornwall
Boggy Bottom, Hertfordshire
Twatt, Orkney
Nob End, South Lancashire
Fanny Barks, Durham
Scratchy Bottom, Dorset
Minge Lane, Worcestershire

Re: Leisurely Scribbles (part 5)

One is NOT complacent. Neither is one 'detached'. One merely prefers to live in peaceful solitude,on an island attached via a causeway to the mainland. Mass populace, with it's greed, competition, bullsh#t and envy, inevitably causes one's desire to kill [twitch, twitch] to once more forcefully emerge-which tends to cause concern among those of [twitch, twitch] more annoying tendencies...

One has never directed such tendencies at anyone, apart from the self, ergo ego.

Re: Leisurely Scribbles (part 5)

I'm just wondering did those famous British aviators Alcock and Brown come from Brown Willy in Cornwell?
