whatever the product we always try and support our local village shops if we can. Generally get better personal service than these huge out of town retail park places

Carpet right have been having problems. Earlier in the year they carried out widespread store closures and made lots of people redundant. So that might explain things. I had excellent service from them in 2017.

Find an independent carpet fitter,deylon,..plenty online,check a trade,etc,..I had one reccomend to me,he brought so many samples,I was spoilt for choice,what's more he did an excellent job,much cheaper than these carpet stores.good luck.
