Blood donor

I've just received an urgent card telling me that my blood donor session next week has been moved from the Town Hall to the function room of the major hotel/pub/restaurant in town.

Don't know why the move but it's got me wondering whether we'll have something more than the usual tea and arrowroot biscuit after donation. Medium rare steak and either a nice glass of red or a half of Guinness maybe? That'll help replace the lost cells. They'd get a lot more donors!
