The Royals

It seems we have the wrong queen on the throne, Tony Robinson (Baldrick of Blackadder fame) has done research into royal bloodlines.

In 1441 the future king Edward the 4th was sired by an archer, he was born in April 1442, according to calculations there's no way the king was his father, he was in France fighting the French at the time, anyways, Tony traced the real family who should be on the throne today to the Plantageonets,
old Henry the 8th tried to wipe them out as he realised he was a userper, fascinating stuff this.

Even Victoria had her carriage pelted with eggs when she was young because of a scandal involving Lady Hastings (the rightful heirs to the throne) whom she accused of becoming pregnant by a member of court, it was a lie, she insisted that Lady Hastings be examined an it turned out she was still a virgin.

Tony traced the Hastings family to the Australian outback and found our king Michael, he immigrated there in 1960, lovely old chap he was too, Tony got on well with him and made a statement at the end of the program that would've had his head lopped off in Henry the 8th's time, he said the royals we have on the throne are frosty and dis-functional, I agree with that statement.

Re: The Royals

It appears they have more skeletons in the cupboard than us commoners!

Re: The Royals

I'm not a royalist - they have enough money than to be sponging off the tax payer!
