For Swannie148 or anyone else in Sydney Australia

If you know of a couple called HOLT the wife is called Tessa and he was/is a dentst/Dr or something then give them a shout for me. She is a cousin I have not seen for over 50 years and don't know how to contact her. She originally came from Perranporth Cornwall and married an Australian. Also lost touch with her sister Brenda and don't have a clue where she is, I would love to get in touch again

Perhaps a photo would narrow it down a bit.

Sorry mate.. no can help you. I know what it feels like to lose touch with family. Due to a rift between my mother and her brother I was estranged from my three cousins for 30 years. We had been more like siblings than cousins.

Cringworthy. We stopped calling our females that back in the dark ages.

Yes but like "Cobber" and "Digger" you still might find an old bloke who seen 100 years pass by or has never left the deep outback who calls women (of the same age sheilas. The only Sheilas, or "Shelaghs" I have ever known are Irish. BTW Realspeed there are six million people in the area that can be most broadly defined as "Sydney". I'll start looking now.

PS. Don't expect a result in the next 24 hours.

Best not. But we are friendly. Unless people give us reason not to be.

There was a Harold Holt, Prime Minister in the mid 60s. He disappeared while in office, presumed drowned so they named a swimming pool after him.

Of course he could have escaped the country in a Chinese submarine.
