Re: When was the last time....

MM that looks great. I was in the pool at 7 this morning and there was only one other person in it. I do 30 minutes non stop swimming and I can feel a difference over the last few weeks. I'm absolutely loving it. The lovely hot shower after it all adds to the experience. I feel great when I come out. Nice and fresh and clean and feel good because I've had some exercise

Me too, Alice. I love to swim. Good exercise and very relaxing. A nice warm shower, shampoo, and body moisturiser, bliss.

Lovely picture Mal.
Who'd dream of having their own private pool in this country? - unless you're rich of course..

Your family are doing well - You must be so proud.

We are, thanks, Mags. It's fantastic to see the family again.

Re: When was the last time....

I swam almost a mile yesterday morning, then did an 8 mile walk. I enjoyed every moment of it, but oh boy, how difficult is it to get the weight off these days for me. Slowly but surely hopefully.

Not another person in the pool this morning . Without a doubt I know what I'd buy if I won the jackpot on the lottery

Re: When was the last time....

I love swimming though I can't/don't do as much as Alice76.

Once my spotty rash has gone and I've got more energy I will be off to the pool again. The only think I miss when swimming is some motivational music to keep me going - it can be quite boring.

Apparently there's an underwater ipod shuffle just for swimmers. Music while you swim - can't be bad!!

I've got it on my Christmas list.
