A belated good morning everyone
it has gone much colder.I am having such trouble with the marmalade this year, it isn't setting properly it is like syrup so I have ditched it and gone back to my old 'made up' recipe which has a lot more fruit and less sugar than the recommended amounts .The test batch is ok so will buy more oranges and make another lot next week.
I sometimes wonder if recipes are deliberately wrong because people want to keep them secret.

batch number 4 actually stays on the toast all on its own so I am getting there...
