What a complete freak. He needs a slap around the head and so do his desperate "fans". Bunch of morons.

That seems a bit harsh, Floydy! Each to their own, after all. Different strokes and all that!

Weren't you young once?

No, but people can choose the look they want.
It would be a shame if everyone were forced to look the same.

Crumbs, as a young child I remember that all men looked exactly the same....dark suits and white shirts. Anything coloured was frowned upon, as was hair over the collar.
Mods and Rockers helped to start changing that, and then Hippy Power came along and all the rules changed.

Thank goodness men can be more adventurous with colour and styles if they want to.
I love Michael Portillo's colourful suits. There should be more of them.

Now, I don't mind if men wear makeup, just as long as it doesn't get all over my clothes!

I must admit I went through some disastrous fashion changes during the 1980's. From the age of 15 in 1979 when I pestered my mum to buy me a red leather jacket like Gary Numan used to wear to getting her to make me an Adam Ant pirate jacket (minus the stripe across the face!), I was a goth-type punk more than anything frequenting dark nightclubs dressed all in black (PVC trousers, studded 'winklepicker' shoes and a t-shirt with a net fastened on to it by brass spring clips at the corners lol.). Other times I'd spray my hair blue or purple and pogo away with the punks. This would alternate each week by wearing silk shirts and beige chinos and a fancy tie if I was going to a 'more random' nightclub to dance to Wham! or Whitney and (attempt to) chat up the girls.
Yeah, we've all been there I guess!
Never dressed as a woman though!

I too remember all that stuff Floydy but I guess if you had looked like him, you wouldn't have made it out of Hull alive.

Has make up been taken over by Disney Pixar or something?

Haha very true mate. False eyelashes on a bloke wouldn't have cut it in my local pub at the time lol.

They look like plastic mannequins these days don't they mate? Can't say I've seen any of these freaks round my way but I don't frequent clubs anymore - though I was at Hull Pride last year with the grandkids and there were some dubious characters strutting around there.
