Can't understand schools closing... but that's the same old, same old. Other folk have to go to work for gawd sake.

My daughter's doing a placement in school. She's not text me yet, but I'll bet she'll be pig sick if she struggled to get there and it's shut.

Enjoy your unexpected holiday Rhian

Snow on the Hills here, and more expected on Thursday night.
The milkman has delivered milk to last until Monday and a note saying he may not get through the snow on Friday that has never happened before. I think some schools around here will be joining you very soon.
