I retired when I was 59,,,and was a ( kept woman) for a year until I got my pension, I,ve never regretted it . husband retired at the same time, the only thing that took awhile to get used to was not hearing the alarm go off in the morning. we could go on holiday when we chose to.
I joined a computer class and learned the basics, couldn't even switch one on before, yes I recommend retirement
