Re: gas and electric bill

Strange to relate very few people drop in on me in the winter. I do have friends to visit - like my best pal Lesley - I'm at hers now - but I try not to as I find the heating gets on my chest and to my throat. I never get colds nor flu - so I must be doing something right

The long story of the bill (in short) is that gas was being deducted weekly from my benefits - then apparently it wasn't but nobody told me - my bills said, "For advice only bills paid by fuel direct" (or words to that effect) then they discovered their mistake and I went on the warpath

My estimated gas usage for this coming year is 0.00

I might fry an egg just to prove them wrong

Re: gas and electric bill

Just had our Gas bill over the internet and it comes to a staggering £1042.00.

We keep our hot water on constantly and it looks like I will have to review that arrangement.

Is that for the year just for gas!!! Check for a burst or gas leak unless you live in Buck House. Are you on the right tariff. Bleddy Norah is it a mistake.
