When Australia wanted to encourage emigration to its shores one could go to Australia for £10 .
It was a wonderful offer
I wish my parents had taken it up.

Rainham is in the London Borough of Havering.

It still known as Rainham Essex because in the past it was part of Essex, in 1965 in line with a lot of other places on the outskirts it was incorporated into an area known as Greater London

The same as Bromley Kent which is also in London.

UJ made s fool of himself as well telling me I could not Vote for the London Mayor I could and did because I live in London.

So you playing the race card with me did not work.

I am a £10 pommie. The Australian government made me an immigrant for a mere 10 quid as long as I stayed 2 years - which I did. 53 years later I am still here (though I have lived and worked in other places in that time).
