Cure for Baldness!
I’ve told Jim to sleep in the spare room” said Alma“Why! I do not know how Jim puts up with you, you treat him so badly” said I
“Well he’s rubbing Chicken s….t on his bald head”and the pillows smell ans so does he"
“ Stop being crude. Say manure. You are making that up”
“No! he’s sent for some. £10.00 for a small packet” sold by a Farmer
“And it stinks too”.
“This Farm hands noticed that after he had been cleaning out the Chicken Pens, hair started grow on the backs of his hands” she informed me.
“Oh! I would hate to be touched by hairy hands , he would not be allowed to sell as Hair Restorer.”
“It is sterilised and pulverised and supposed to be odour free”.
“Better to put it on the Roses”
Sadly it did not Jim’s hair did not regrow, and he felt lonely in the spare room.
It has now been spread on the Rose bed.
