The act is a law. The act is meant to transpose the consequences of the agreement into your national law.
The agreement as such stands and is valid. Do you really believe an international court of law ruling on a dispute based on this agreement will have to consider UK national law? International law supercedes national law.

Oh hang on, you were saying it was an agreement earlier, you've change your mind again.

Your court is the ECJ - its not ours - we are not in the EU - the ECJ is an EU court - nothing to do with the UK - we have our own laws and our own courts.

The legal bindings of the WA ends on 31st December - how can a law be a law when its repealed - it makes no difference if its international or not.

You can put anything into the WA, but when the WA is repealed it is repealed in its entirety. You need to enter into separate agreements for the bits you want to keep and then ascend those through parliament into law in the UK and ratify them in the EU.

Thats about the 30th time I've told you and Percy has told you.

Your string of posts gives a clear insight how you and other brexiters ended up in where you are today, with an illusion about where it is, and no clue about what is encroaching your country's economy.

You need to go and find out how the world works,in particular about the EU. This is a Brexit forum and your supposed to have a basic knowledge, which clearly you don't.

If you did, you wouldn't need to try and swerve and deflect away from looking a complete bell end when your proved wrong over and over again.

It's no problem you can't fathom the intricacies of the EU. You are not a member or otherwise concerned. That you don't understand the workings of your own, british, system of law, now that is shaming!

The EU gets a mention at the end.

So brexit is giving the australian audiences a good laugh too! In the EU we have been enjoying the series on brexit too. It is very low cost to get. You sent one of our nation's leaders to visit britain (it's all in a days work for them), and you get an endless number of sitcoms. Have I got news for you, would I lie to you, QI, mock the week, not to speak the laughs you get from reading the express, listening to proceedings in the HoC all about what they think brexit will bring.
