As Others have said..get out of the House and stop brooding..go for a walk or a run in the car/bus/train...or do as I do and bung on some rock and knock hell outta the treadmill or exercise dvd...just get up off of Your arse and DO SOMETHING ;~)

Rachel, are there any dvd's you've been meaning to watch? Sometimes it's good to chill out if there is nothing much else to do.

I hate this time of year, I think we all get a bit fed up and ready for some lighter nights and warm sunshine.
I have just been to the gym - no heating in there, have to keep moving! - feel so much better for bit of exercise and a natter on the way round.
