I like all the regulars on here and consider them to be friends, so I wouldn't give that up

Twink I don't think some of those things are worries at all, your posting style is great you always show fairness now so I can't see why that has to change. You are not partisan and favouring of your friends that I can see.
I've modded forums where we have had very strong friendships all you need to do is to be able to see them as members as well that's not as hard as it seems at first. Also if the set up was right I've always favoured mods being allowed to mod only areas they feel confident in I never volunteer for sport or science I have no idea who is right in those fields and I'm too emotionally involved to mod religion and pets. But others less involved can easily take those areas. I'm sure azz has a plan like that in place ?
