It's been a lovely day here
, occasional sunshine and not too hot.The hedgerows around the fields are full of damsons, I have never seen so many (making up for last year when there wasn't one) . Chloe had her run and I picked a big bag full to go in the deep freeze.
The blackberries are ripe now too, they seem very early. It will be a good year for hazelnuts and sloes too..
