Even if it did it would'nt have a leg to stand on as it seems that the
Boris tiered lockdown is having the required effect, as new infections
are down 50% in the red wall areas where the hospitals were under
threat of being overwhelmed??
This should take the wind out of the sails of any potential rebels ?
