Cadbury's Wispa Gold

That's it! Not satisfied with changing the taste of this once wonderful chocolate bar, it now has a concave bottom. I suppose it saves them a few $ per month.

Well here's one fan that will not be buying it any more, so there.

It was like laying on a hot sun-soaked sandy beach with a scantily clad person massaging your head whilst you sipped pina colada; but now, it has a concave bottom.

That's shrinkflation for you. Keep the bar the same rectangular shape but reduce it's volume to reduce it's weight to save expensive chocolate and keep the price to the consumer the same. Cynical way of doing it I suppose because the customer is hardly likely to notice a difference in physical size this way, whereas reducing the actual size of the bar by a few millimetres on each dimension and everyone would be up in arms.

The first time I noticed it, I thought it was a manufacturing mistake, the machine ran out of chocolate at the moment it made my bar but now I see that they are all like it including the standard Wispa bars too. Bloody misers.

Think of it as a perfectly shaped ridge to place your tongue onto, as you sink it into your mouth
