So your question was just a convoluted scheme to make the above statement!

Why not just make that statement anyway, without going around the houses?

The Brexit Party and the UK's electorate to Leave the EU are not indivisible.

Leaving the EU is not reliant on the Brexit Party's existence.

I see you're not happy about Nigel withdrawing.

Won't this be the same position as Nicola Sturgeon? The elected head of the SNP party but with no presence in the HoC?

Re: Time for Nigel to organise?

Who can stand as an MP?

People wishing to stand as an MP must be over 18 years of age, be a British citizen or citizen of a Commonwealth country or the Republic of Ireland

Candidates must be nominated by ten parliamentary electors of the constituency they wish to stand in.

Authorisation is required to stand for a specific party, otherwise candidates will be described as independent or have no description.

In order to encourage only serious candidates to stand, a £500 deposit is required when submitting the nomination papers - returned if the candidate receives over five per cent of the total votes cast.

Certain people are disqualified from standing as an MP - please check the Electoral Commission website for further details.

How does that work then for the brexit party (who are not a party because one can not become a member)?

Will they all (some 500 allegedly) have to be classified as independent or have no description?

Wonder if the reptile and his cohorts have thought it through properly, doubt it going by their other screw ups.

On what basis do you draw that conclusion Annie?

Nothing I've said would encourage you to conclude that so I suspect it's just your usual inability to rationalise any given situation.

Farage has stood for election to the UK parliament seven times, but has always failed.

However both parties he has led - the UK Independence Party in 2014 and the Brexit Party this year - have topped the European Parliament elections, which relies on a proportional vote system. He has been a member of the European Parliament for 20 years. He told the BBC: "Do I find a seat and try to get myself into parliament or do I serve the cause better traversing the length and breadth of the United Kingdom supporting 600 candidates, and I've decided the latter course is the right one."
He has put to shame the weasels of other Parties. FPTP failing voters to get honourable people in parliament.
