4% risk. I keep my brain alive by doing general knowledge/cryptic crosswords and by playing sudoku. I also read a lot.

Strange that they don't include these activities in the survey.

I was shocked with my results: Your risk of being diagnosed with dementia in the next five years is 0%.

Maybe it was due to me not drinking alcohol (except Baileys at Christmas) or smoking (I gave up smoking in 1984). I don't exercise much (except gardening) due to a dodgy back.

I do Crosswords and Sudoku daily though and love quiz shows.

looked at the opening in the link and it asked Male or Female. Well I got it 100 percent correct in clicking on male. No dementure here
