Dood apparently you can get around the voice recording video identification bit at the end by putting in the code on your online registration from the GP practice at the ID check stage. Someone mentioned this to me after I was alarmed at having to record my voice speaking!

Is that the https://www.nhs.uk/nhs-app/ App?

I think the little card is worthless. I don't think anyone will be asking to see that in future.

Take the matter up with your area CCG and if necessary, they'll help and advise you should you decide to change your GP. My CCG has recently done this for me and my new GPs' surgery and the staff are exceedingly better then my previous one's staff in many aspects.
THIS will help you find your area CCG.

If you are going abroad from the UK you'll need the Covid Passport. Inside the UK it serves no practical purpose after the 19th. I've never had one and I'm not bothering to get one.
