That Spitty fellow is loitering nearby.
I can see his with his hands stuffed in his pockets, leaning against the gate post and wolf whistling the ladies walking past.

That reminded me of the fella in Peaky Blinders, peaked cap, surly look on his face. Goodness knows why, I daresay Spitty is nothing like that! Not surly anyway...confused, possibly!
