I've got some bite-size Shredded Wheat and some chocolate biscuits but will only be shopping locally, ie the Co-Op for the next few days as Im tired and worn down.

Re: I've had my chest x-ray

I’ve only just seen this thread Ffosse and can empathise as I’m currently undergoing chemo treatment too. Mine is two weekly and I find I have one good week and one when I feel exhausted and don’t feel like doing anything. Unlike you though, I’m eating like a horse, even waken up in the night feeling hungry! I’ve missed cycles too through infections, but I’ve found that enables my body to get something like back to normal. Do hope you soon feel better and please try to stay positive!

Re: I've had my chest x-ray

Thanks, Val J.
Yes I do hope I can get rid of my current infection and get back to the chemo sessions soon.

This is my second cancer, having had Hodgkin's Lymphoma in 2016 I now have non-Hodgkin's which is incurable yet treatable.

Re: I've had my chest x-ray

Hope you’re having a good day today Ffosse. Unfortunately our chemo unit closes down for a few days over Easter, I guess yours will do too. Anyway hope you get your treatment soon and that it will make a big difference to your condition.

Val I did not know you were going through this, as well as Dreamy (Ffosse). My thoughts and prayers will now also be with you.

Re: I've had my chest x-ray

Thanks Sweetie, it is appreciated. I’ve had 6 cycles of chemo so far and see the oncologist in a couple of weeks to discuss the way forward but my last meeting with him was very positive.

Re: I've had my chest x-ray

Glad you're doing well, Val J - I've been feeling pretty rough these past few days with infections and all the medications for them.

I see the Haemotology Consultant on Tuesday, though.
