I am virtually deaf, so I have "mute" on & read from the subtitles, I can lip read if ther arent subtitles, except when . Their back is turned. I was a big fan of Foreign films when I was younger & I could tell whatwas going on even when no subbies were provided.With French films its a turning down of the mouth & a shrugging of the shoulders
WIth Italians its all wide eyes & hand waving.

Spitfire, I don't have a TV, so this still needs to be explained - or not - depending on how important it is.
What exactly is the thread about, please? Of course it's cryptic unless you expect every forum member to watch the programmes you do, which evidently, they don't.
Thinking about it, I've lost interest.
