Why do we 'no longer workers' still enjoy Fridays? Must be years of conditioning?
Another blustery day - the gardens will like the rain and it will reduce the water bill for the allotments!

Clear as a bell and sunny here. I've got an open day with no plans. I'm up too early so I might catch a few more winks. Have a happy day all!

Quite a windy morning here but we have also had plenty of sunny intervals.

Had to do a trolley dash this morning and for some strange reason the supermarket was very quiet - I was able get round in half the usual time!

Have a good day and weekend ahead, folks!

Some news here for once: we had a 3.7 magnitude earthquake here at 5:04 AM... and of course I slept thru it! Was astonished when I switched on the morning news; they're unusual here. No damage or loss of life.

A warm start to the day: sunny, 31 C (88 F), not much breeze; no errands so a lie-in.
